The main findings after discussion are as follows: 1. The preterite form of eat(e) is periphrastic in almost all the cases, i.e., did/didst eat(e); 2. The verb connected most often with eat(e) by and or (n) or on its right side is drink; 3. The noun Used as an object of eat(e) most often is bread; 4. The of in a set phrase eat(e) of is almost always partitive of; 5. The phrase one's fill in a set phrase eat(e) one's fill is an adverbial, and the set phrase is not Hebraism; 6.
